General Information

Oral Presentation Guideline

Presenters will need to fit their content within the 10 minutes time limit for presentation and another 10 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters must carefully consider how much information they can reasonably present in the time allowed and highlight the most important points.
Some information, such as technical explanations and tables of figures, are difficult for listeners to absorb during a presentation. Hence, presenters may consider summarising such information or refer the listeners to a document they can read after the presentation.

Postal Presentation Guideline

Authors are to present their posters in A1 sizes. A poster must deliver the same high-quality science taking cognizance of the difference in medium from either oral presentations or published papers. The presenter shall be responsible for the preparation, printing, mounting and displaying of the poster as appropriate
